Rajasthani Chana Dal
- Steam the lentils.
- Finely chop tomatoes and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, turmeric, tomatoes, and green chillies.
- Now add steamed lentils and mix all the spices.
- Add some water if needed.
- Let the lentils cook for two minutes.
- Add coriander leaves on top.
Black gram vegetable
- Cook black gram in some gravy.
- Add some Kasuri Methi into it.
- Mix it well.
